Front desk check-in girl was very friendly. The internet in the room was very poor. Fortunately my phone had Verizon. When calling the front desk to find out about it they never answered the phone, I even tried twice from the room phone and still no answer. If you need to use a laptop for business this isn't the hotel for you. Room was missing coffee cups (had to use plastic drink cups), needed detail clean (exterior of fridge was really dirty as well as the room phone). Beds are hard. Sink leaked underneath onto the floor, bathroom did not have a hook for the towel (rack had been broken off of the wall). Would not go out of my way to return.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We notified front desk and didn’t return for 4+ hours. Toilet had not been addressed at all. Front desk gave us a plunger and we fixed it ourselves. There was an ice bucket and coffee maker and no cups. The tub had a large roach in it and there was a stink bug on the pillow when we were ready to turn in. I have pictures of the insects. Apparently the bugs are not a surprise as there was an ant trap in the bathroom. Only one keycard worked. We went to the adjacent restaurant at 9:15 and ordered a meal The music was extremely loud and no lights were turned on in our area (which was separate from the bar/club area). So we ate in the dark. This was absolutely the worst and dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed

Quiet until the bar crowd got noisy as our room was right next to the lounge. Room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast needs improvement as eggs didn't taste right, parking was okay. For the price the motel was nice. Weston Grill did have good food and service. Three and half stars to four max.

Are experience with the staff that we dealt with was completely unacceptable, and we are going to ask for a complete refund in full. Our purpose for booking this hotel was to attend an event in Weston WV that started at 11:30 pm the day before to request an early check in because we were traveling from northern Virgina and the trip was about 5 hours to the hotel. So when i called asking for an eatly check in, we were told that woild be ok, and that we could arrive as early as 11:30 am for our reservation date of the following day. When we arrive at 12:45 pm on the day of our reservation, the upper middle aged blound haired receptionist asked me if i had a reservation, asked me for my ID, and informed me the check in was at 3:00 pm, but they did have clean rooms available for us to checknin early for an additional charge of 30 dollars. I then went on to ask if they had anything on hotels.com mentioning this? They did not. The person i spoke to the day before made now mention of this. There was no signage to be found anywhere on site mentioning this, and we have been checking in and out of hotels nation wide for over twenty years, and have never been asked for an additional fee to check in early ,or late. The lady was very unprofessional and done right rude as an individual, not to mention an employee in the hospitality industry. After mentioning that i would normally jist swioe the card, and then dispute the charge after checking out, i was then told as a favor, that we could

We had a great stay. We were attending a ghost hunt at Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and needed a place close by to sleep for a few hours. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Weston Bar and Grill restaurant was a quick walk across the parking lot. Our meal was delicious! I just had a burger w fries but it was hot and juicy. My friend had a chicken Quesadilla w rice for a side and she said it was the best Quesadilla she ever had. The rice was also good. I can highly recommend this hotel amd restaurant.

The bed was clean. Issues with two spider webs in the interior overlooking the bed. These were not new webs. Sheetrock under our vanity was gone and exposed interior of the wall. Who knows what lives there. Door needs to be replaced.
