"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again."

"I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks"

"We stayed one night. While the location was ok. The apartment could use some cosmetic updates. The tile floors had quacks. There were outlets with no covers and holes in doors and walls. The convenience of the apartment made up for the flaws. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with parking across the street. We did run into a problem with not enough linens for the guest. (FYI I will be taking my own from now on) The owner was super friendly and answered all my questions quickly."

"Just down the hall is a great common space with pool tables and screening room. We had fun playing pool at the end of the day. Great gym and rooftop deck. Easy walk to Independence Hall and not too far from UPenn. Great restaurants nearby."

"No iron or ironing board, No privacy thru window in spare bathroom. Wi-Fi password on the wall is all uppercase when it’s actually all lowercase. Handle for water temperature regulation on tub needs to be fixed. Otherwise, access to the apartment and location were excellent. Kitchen and living room are perfect."
