"The property is outdated but service staff is excellent. My sink in the room stoped working and they offered me another room or the option to fix it then. I’ve been coming to this hotel pre-covid and a lot has changed. The hot tub is closed but the pool is open. Overall the stay has been peaceful with excellent service. I would say give this hotel a chance."

"We had a great stay. Our room was spacious, and the coffee tables were perfect for a toddler to play with her toys. The pool was nice, and the bed was super-comfortable. There was a Ralph's grocery store, and a Trader Joe's close by, plenty of restaurant options, and Calabasas was a lot less hectic than LA. The shower set-up was a little awkward for a toddler (rainfall showerhead with no door, so the floor got wet), and even though the property had multiple signs advising it was non-smoking, the hallways reeked of weed. The smell didn't carry into the room, thankfully."
