"We loved the property. It was perfect for our weekend getaway and was well equipped. The hosts left thoughtful food and beverage supplies to welcome us and make our stay special. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Beautiful little town, very comfortable and clean little unit. The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable, as is the rest of the unit with good amenities and beautiful places to walk around close by. My only critique is that while the couch is technically a pull out that can accommodate another two people, it is not worth sleeping on, as is. With a mattress topper it would be fine, but it's hellishly lumpy without. Otherwise a beautiful stay! I would absolutely stay there again, just not with...

"Everything was perfect the place was cozy quiet good views and Ceri was so kind and friendly and made us feel welcome . It really made our 60th anniversary so special. Thanks again for a geat time here GARRY AND FAith"

"The woodsy environment was amazing - the air smelled sweet during and after the rain. It was so peaceful and comfortable."

"Large house with stunning views!"

"We very much enjoyed our visit to Ladysmith and the surrounding area. The home was a wonderful base for our explorations and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our host was an outstanding communicator and was very helpful every step of the way. Would love to return for a longer stay."

"We stayed for 3 nights at the dark horse. Brittany was quick to reply to any questions I had. The beds were very comfortable. The suite was spacious. The shower has a gap at the bottom so at times the bath mat would get saturatrd causing my feet and floor to be wet. There was an extra bath mat to use so it was no big deal.Overall very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time and would come back again."

"When were welcomed with soft lighting and zen music playing on the TV when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed for the night. The only issue was the bbq wasn't operational, so we pivoted our dinner plans."
