"group of us have been taking a week in the summer to go fishing for 15 years. We enjoy trying different places. But, this probably one of the most enjoyable trips we have taken."

"The outside of the building was inviting. The inside view of the pool blew me away. The front desk team was very approachable and friendly. The room shower with the dove soap was awesome. The mirror in the bathroom was lighted great for makeup. The bed was sooo soft. And the rest of the room was great. I loved that all the surfaces seemed dusted. And they left a wipe for the phone. Great idea. The person who clean our room deserves a chefs kiss for her/his attention to detail. "

"I don’t have enough good things to say about our stay! This home is lovely with all of the little amenities that you could think of or want. The master bedroom was my favorite room. It’s complete with a fully adjustable bed and the most comfortable pillows and blankets. The mini library and sitting area were perfect for reading or just relaxing. It’s also where are 13-year old son came every evening to just sit and talk with mom and dad. This was the best part of our trip! The views from the balcony overlooking the water were phenomenal. I loved leaving the sliding glass door open and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the breeze filling the room. The second bedroom is a bit small, but it worked for our two teenagers. Both bathrooms were fully stocked with ample towels, toiletries and extra amenities (bidet, in-shower shaving mirror, hair dryer). We also never ran out of hot water, which was a first for our family of four while traveling. The living room was very comfortable with the giant leather sofa and big screen television with various streaming services at our disposal. The dining room is situated with glass windows/doors on two sides - it was lovely to dine there and look out across the water and hear the surf. As someone who doesn’t always feel safe while traveling, the added security system put my fears at ease. This was a very appreciated feature."

"Such a charming lake cottage located in a very quiet peaceful area. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay with the assortment of water birds and even bald eagles gliding over the water. The fishermen had lots of fun catching nice bass right from the dock. We had both sunshine and cool rain and really appreciated the screened porch area. The cottage is decorated with a true relaxing lake vibe and enough room for everyone to gather together. Karen was very helpful with any questions we had! We sure hope to visit again!"

"Been going to Chautauqua for years and never want to leave. The Chalet is tucked away and not far from the boat launch for fishing. Lots of Chipmunks to keep you entertained. Recommend"

"The property location is wonderful for North East wine touring everything is very close in proximity. The house is really nice, very large dining room table for eating or playing games. The fire pit area was great but need to stock some matches or a lighter to get things started.........or remember to bring your own. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Lots of towels and all the basics in the kitchen. It is an older house so a few things noted, the shower heads are very low so anyone over 5'6" needs to twist a bit and sort of squat down to get their head under the water. The floors are a bit creaky when walking around so at night can be a little noisy, and some of the windows don't fully close so a bit drafty, but the owner was awesome to work with and can't wait to book another trip in the future. thanks for a great stay."

"Beautiful view of Lake Erie. Spacious and comfortable house with lots of amenities. Easy access to attractions in and around Erie. Host was very helpful and made sure we knew we were free to use everything we found in the house, which included games for the two boys as well as for the five adults. Three generations spent four nights together."
