Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom vacation home in the charming town of Mayville! Nestled just a 10-minute drive from the renowned Chautauqua Institution and a 22-minute drive from the stunning shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect base for your getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step outside and enjoy the breathtaking lake views from the property. Most recent updates include a completely renovated full bathroom, new exterior doors, new hot water tank, new grill, and new mattresses... plus the use of paddleboards, kayaks, and a canoe.

Perfect place for families to enjoy

We stay here once-two times per year. We love the cottage because it’s roomy enough for 8 adults, it has a great kitchen that has all you need, Tops Markets is five minutes away, there’s a private dock. It just has all you would want.

Cute lake house

We stayed here after Christmas with family and it was the perfect lake front property for our group. We are hoping to get back to it during the summer so we can enjoy the lake I grew up at with my kids.

Very well maintained home and a great location.

This lake house is very cozy however has alot of space. Good for a couple just getting away or a family vacation. The dock with electric was very helpful for our get away. Would definitely recommend!

Annual Fishing Trip

We have been coming here for the last 4 years. Place is perfect for our needs. Room for two bass boats at the dock. Plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers. We will be back!

So relaxing and peaceful. If you want more action, Bemus Point is fun for a little shopping, good food and restaurants. (just 15 minutes away.)
