"Beautiful space, perfect as a base to explore the area. Garden is immaculate and with a lovely veranda area to sit outside. Clare and Andrew were welcoming and helpful. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you may need and also some condiments. Lovely bathroom with a great power shower and plenty of hot water. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of local information leaflets and games (plus Lego) to keep all ages entertained if the weather is not kind."

"Place clearly had not been deep cleaned for a long time. Fan in shower was disgusting and the hood over the job was covered in grease - I cleaned half of it with products provided in 30 seconds. Also rest of place was very dusty"

"The apartment was lovely, we had a great stay. Really clear instructions for checking in. We knew the location was great but were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well equipped it was. Honestly was a shame we could only spend a couple of days there!"

"Lovely, modern, warm, nice decor, comfortable apartment. Had everything you could want. Fabulous location right on the gorgeous sandy beach. Would certainly recommend and we will return asap. Really good cafe underneath. Great food and very friendly welcoming atmosphere."

"We had a wonderful time. The flat is quirky and interesting. The terrace is amazing with fantastic views. There are lots of good restaurants and shops in st Leonard's too. Neil is a great host who let us check out later and I would highly recommend his apartment."

"Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....

"A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. "We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm the day we arrived until 3pm the following day (even though checkout of the room was 10am). Everything was great."
