“The hotel was clean and good, but the issue was that when I arrived late, there was no communication to let me know where the key was placed. When I got there, the door was locked. They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
