The home was as advertised and very comfortable. The only issues we had were difficulty navigating the street due to many cars narrowing the passage way and there was no spare toilet paper we could find in the house.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay! The little house was perfect! Love that it is dog friends and so accommodating we will be back, my dog just loves how welcomed he was!

Spotless, nice touches like nature noises and earplugs provided. Special columbus coffeee. The place was way darker than pictured due to it being ground level and many windows are towards the small alley of another part of the building. Bill was $13 higher than what was quoted, with taxes, on reservation. When I called the Aloft in Westerville to track down the problem, I was told, after a wait of several minutes, that this is an “Incidental fee.” Must monitor for bank to return!
It was very nice and very clean.
Westerville overall was great, we did not spend a lot of time there but the City is clean, wayfinding and cleanliness fantastic.
I will never book a room with red roof at Westerville, EVER AGAIN.
