"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."

No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new...

"House was beautiful inside. Plenty of space for 3 adults. I could comfortably fit my four children and husband for a few days. Parked right in front of the house. The keypad wasn’t ready, but fixed as soon as I called. This visit was for three moms getting away for a night. We enjoyed good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The highlight was relaxing in the cozy house enjoying each other’s company!"

"I felt like this place was way overpriced for what we were looking for. The house was clean but the outside looked like a jungle. I was charged extra $$ for have my kids along. It’s a house that slept 16, but when let the owner know it would be my husband and I plus my 3 kids he sent a new bill. Had I known that, I would have found something more cost effective. There were 5 of us total and barely enough seating room to really even relax in the evening. I was not overly impressed."
