"Unique and memorable stay in the old postman’s house. Each room had its own charm, and the host (who was super lovely during our check in) was nice enough to upgrade us to a room with a private bathroom. It’s only a short drive from the west peninsula and Borgarnes, and would highly recommend for anyone driving through the area. "

"Rooms are ok, shower was nice, as a goodie we got a coffee voucher for a local café, very good coffee. Restaurants are close by. Perfect for a stopover/one night. "

"i stayed here with my brother and my friend. the room and property was quiet and we felt safe the whole time. a shared washroom was just outside our room, which was very convenient. parking is on the street and when we arrived, there were no spots left. so we had to drive around quite a bit before we found a spot! overall and excellent stay and did the job: a safe place to rest before we continued on our way."

Self check in (can work, but must communicate) 2. no communication prior to stay (didn't answer phone when called number). there was a person on site that was able to get us into our room. 3. atrium was sweltering 4. No food in the area (and no info on where we could get some) 5. It's basically a private room hostel"
