"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times since 2019 and always appreciate the friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and easy location. This was my first time having a room that needs some attention - the bathroom faucet only ran hot water, and the mattress had a big dip in it… The dog area didn’t have any bags for picking up waste. I made the front desk aware so they can address these things. I was traveling with my dog, so it may have been a heavily used pet room. I was settled and tired when I discovered the issues. If it happens again I will request a different room. I love that these rooms have full size refrigerators - it’s wonderful to be able to repack my travel cooler and eat in the room after a long day on the road."
