"This is mainly a hostel focused on budget travellers, however, there are double rooms with a bathroom available, too. Don’t buy food and drinks at this hostel as they are heavily overpriced. You can dine and drink half price elsewhere. On the other hand you can purchase some local trips, transports and various activities at the reception at a reasonable cost. The hostel looks quite dated and the room equipment is poor. I still liked the pool and vibes. The breakfast included was reasonable. "

"Such an amazing place. My room number 9 was totally amazing. For any price it was a 10. Extremely affordable. Great breakfast, they go out of the way to provide you the best meal. Quiet a awesome AC, strong reliable wifi and well equipped kitchen. Staff are exceptional. Airport transfers and taxis available at about $10 cheaper than anyone else. Perfect place for backpacker too. Definitely book your stay with them. "

De plus, nous sommes près de club, donc la soirée du samedi était très bruyante. À éviter si vous chercher une place pour un samedi. Il n'y a qu'une seule pièce qui est entourée pour les chambres. "I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."

"Fantastic place. Went with my wife and dog. Food is really really good, place is nice, quiet and clean. All around a great stay. Definitively planning on visiting again."

"Brand new hostel. Paid for breakfast which was very good. Owner speaks english. Is quite far from town center for going for food and entertainment. Also, the online price was lower than what we paid. As it was only one night, the 50% increase was too much of a big deal. However, it would certainly add up if staying for a few nights. "

"Dreamsea Nica is a paradise. Located between San Juan del Sur and Maderas surf Beach. When you enter through the gates you are immediately transported into a lush tropical paradise where the only sound is nature. The staff was friendly, attentive where anything you asked for was not a problem. The rooms were incredible. Tastefully decorated with a big comfortable bed, and veranda. The pool was refreshing with a Tiki bar to make everything right Yoga and surf was offered each day....
