"We stayed in New Buffalo on a road trip east. We needed a place to rest our heads & we really appreciated this hotel. We called ahead of time to let them know we’d be checking in quite late (we forgot there was a time change from where we were coming from to MI). They were accommodating. The only concern we had was that when we booked the hotel on Expedia, we chose ‘pay at the property’ & there were attempts on our card before we had arrived at the property. Other than that, no other complaints or issues."

"I had a great stay with my daughter a few weeks ago. Zero problems. It was clean, quiet and super peaceful in a great location close to fast food and the freeway.. no bugs. Staff was very nice, and parking was close to the doors. The breakfast was awesome. 10/10 would recommend!!!"

"Was there just for 1 night. Nice hotel, close parking. Felt save, room is functional (with nice fridge and microwave). Very nice staff and lots of people were enjoying morning breakfast (must be good, but we didn't have time for it). AC was acceptably quiet and was working well. Clean towels and bathroom was very clean. The only thing: quality of bedding could be better. There were tiny red spots on pillows under the pillow case (that looked like blood), and one of 2 comforter sheets had dirt spots. Not acceptable even for 3 star hotel."
