"It was good, a very nice little cabin. We just had the problem that the code to enter the cabin didn’t work, but they were very nice and helped us right away, so it was really good"

"Rented the room for my birthday the hubby and I had a blast. My brother and sister in-law also rented a room down the hall. The staff let my mom in to decorate my room as a birthday surprise without me knowing. It was precious front counter even furnished a cute cupcake cup necklace and card. Best place to stay in Hobbs. Only one that will keep up with keeping their pool clean as well "

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean, it was quiet the room was big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable and we plan on going back more often"
"Everything was great friendly staff and housekeeping was ok, wish they could've spoke English or even understand english but other then that overall it was super, until July 4th late evening. Not sure what policy the hotel has as far as noise, and I understand that it was July 4th and celebrations every where, which isn't an issue, we had some noisy rambunctious neighbors with kids screaming and hollering. I know they're young kids but when you cannot hear the tv over the screaming kids also jumping and what not it is a bit much, I believe it was around 10-10:30 when they finally quieted down. Then about 11 pm or so they started to get loud again and (shhhshing) doesn't exactly work. I understand that it's a hotel band ot can get a bit noisy but with neighbors with kids especially young kids the neighbors and parents should have a little considering of the time of night and othet guests trying to get sleep for an early morning checkout. That is my only complaint overall our 10 day stay was awesome! Thank you
Ps. Before I forget might want to have maintenance check the seal of the toilet and the ac unit started leaking water the night before we checked out. The floor near the ac unit was soaked. Not sure if the ac unit was getting ready to stop working. "
"friendly staff, nice property, convenient to everything. walls a bit thin could hear the tv in adjacent room most of the night, wasn't a deal breaker due to EarPods! Overall great place to stay "
