"Very nice property, Clean and well taken care of. A little confusion on the lock code but the property managers quickly solved the issue. would have been nice to have a tea kettle but most other items were satisfactory. There is a water pressure issue in the home. When shower or tub being used kitchen water pressure almost null. Pool was to be heated but never got above 50 deg. no big deal but please have it happen if advertised. Would stay again. See ya next Christmas."

"This home is perfect for a big family or a big group with kids. The multiple bunk beds are amazing for the kids and they loved it. The house is so spacious and seems a lot bigger than it really is. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and looked out into the living room. There were also two enclosed patios one that was a great kids TV room with video and board games. Another great thing was the home had DirectTV. Most homes in this area only have smart TV's but having DirectTV was a plus. The...

"Each year our group picks a location in a warmer climate and goes to get away from the cold. This year we chose Havasu and in particular this house. The house was awesome everyone really enjoyed the house. We found more to do in Havasu and had such a good time we look to come back again..."

"The house was just like the listing, several beds so it was able to sleep 10 of us very comfortably! Back yard was great and we throughly enjoyed the slide. Location was close to everything, made for cheap and quick Ubers if needed. Thanks for a great weekend!!!"

House is super big and accommodating for kids and adults. Had a minor issue and contacting the owner about it was a breeze. Communication was great. "Better than a motel and closer to family in the area. We enjoyed sipping coffee by the lagoon on the back patio in the a.m. and a bit of stargazing and snacks by the fire in the p.m. Fun community pool about a minute away. Rachel is a great host, has everything set up nice, and it was awesome to have this place to call home on our visit. We'll stay again👍👍"
