"The staff were nice. The room was poorly maintained i.e., there was some hair on sheets, carpet felt unclean and the shower was in poor condition."

"Room was clean not bad at all , got cold and used heater and set off fire alarm...... then room smelt like burnt toast, 😒 pool was closed, ice machines broke and no working vending machines lol ...... but the room wasn't actually that bad 🤔"
