We had more money taken from our account due to a 'surcharge' which was not outlined when we booked.Secondly, the shower water temperature got no warmer than a lukewarm temperature.Staying there in June, with temperatures ranging between -2 and 13 outside, we needed to sit under the heater to warm up, after getting out of the shower.This feedback was passed on...

"The location right next door to Cataract Gorge was perfect. The house fit out could use a bit of finesse. "Handy location and good facilities. Max was very thorough with check-in communication and welcoming. Dishwasher wasn’t working but not a huge issue. We were a group of 9 (extended family) so there was great spaces to socialise and also get some ‘space’. Mum has MS so she did struggle with the internal staircase, but we knew that may be the case.
