"Checked in during a power outage, already not off to a good start. The staff was extremely apologetic. Originally, room was on 4th floor. NOT A GOOD THING. They did everything they could. Another guest decided not to stay. They immediately changed out the room and escorted us down the hall on the 1st floor. We never took advantage of the free snack. Within 20 minutes of debating whether or not to to stay in a dark non climate controlled room with a 125 lb St. Bernard mix-the power came back on. KUDOS TO THE 2 WOMEN and Michael. They never lost their aptitudes for customer service, de@pite repeated trips up to the 4th floor with baggage. I didn't get the 2 women's names, but they were super sweet. All of the staff was professional and helpful!"

"The street light was not working, and I drove by the place a couple of times before finding the hotel. the hotel is not right on the street, but on a hill off of the street."
