"Property is meticulously maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is on the bay with beautiful views and has a private beach. Very quiet, located on a dead-end street away from busy Rt 28 yet 5 mins from the Hyannis ferries. Many outdoor activities and amenities are included. They supply beach towels, beach chairs, & lounge chairs for you to use on the beach, in addition to, the chairs/tables located at the pool. Picnic tables and grills are also provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is that they remove the carpets. It would help reduce the mustiness that is pretty standard in most hotels on the Cape. We had a lovely time and plan on staying there again! Highly recommend for young families. "
