Enjoy this roomy 3BR Cape Home in a prime location less than 1 mile from family-friendly Englewood Beach famous Seagull Beach on Nantucket Sound -- Yarmouth’s largest and most popular beach! With just under 1300 square feet this home has all the modern amenities of home. Fully equipped with kitchen to cook your favorite meals. When you’re ready to eat, gather in the dining room with seating for six. This two story home comfortably sleeps 6 with two guest rooms on the first floor (queen, full and bunkbed) and third bedroom on the second floor (2 twins). The deck and expansive backyard provide the perfect setting to spend a carefree day at home. Cook up a feast on the gas grill or split into teams for lawn games in the huge yard. Situated in Yarmouth, this home affords a great central location for exploring Cape Cod. Just a half mile to Main Street to enjoy local favorite Red Face Jack’s Pub, or go to the Whydah Pirate Museum to see treasures recovered from a sunken ship. A 10-minute drive lands you on Hyannis Main Street with even more options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Or plan a day trip: Hop on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or drive 25 minutes to Cape Cod National Seashore to take in 40 miles of sandy beach. See all the Cape has to offer! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Hoping this will be our yearly spot!

We could not say enough about this house! We have been renting in the Cape for several years and have yet to find "our" spot. We are excited to say that this could be the one! The house was SO clean, had everything we needed and more. The space was perfect for our group which consisted of me, my sister and her 3 teenage daughters.

Loved this Yarmouth House!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our 3 boys (ages 10, 9, and 1.5). We were so close to the beach it was wonderful! Paying for a weekly beach pass was the best option and we enjoyed Seagull beach almost daily! The house was big enough and super clean. We had everything we needed and used Cape Cod Linen rentals for all linens and beach chairs. Great stay! Would book this location again.
