"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "As anyone who does any research will discover, the London area is a very expensive place to stay. This site is very well located and a great value. The hosts are two of the nicest people you will ever want to meet. It is conveniently located a brief walk from an Underground station and a Sainsbury's grocery store across from the Underground station. The annex is cozy and beautifully kept up and quite attractive. The back yard is beautiful, too. I would heartily recommend this place to anyone. "

"I booked this house for an extended family vacation - 4 couples, 1 single, and 2 babies. It was perfect! Huge, lovely, comfortable, perfectly situated. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend."

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

10/10 Excellent

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
