"We're very happy with our precious room and early check-in and Ms. Nadia made our check-in smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. She's an amazing person and professional. We really need more people like her. Thank you Ms. Nadia! We are Grateful for everything... "My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and again the night after, our room on both nights were quiet as they were on the 3rd and 4th floor. the bed was a king bed and very comfortable and even though there was a glass door to the bathroom it was still private. The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a starbucks in the hotel which is perfect for a nice tea or coffee and a snack. My husband and I went for a meal in there bar and grill which was lovely. There was no wardrobe in either the rooms but there were hangers on a rail to put your clothes on. There is a bus stop down the road if your not driving, where you can go into Southampton or Winchester.We really liked this hotel even though it away from the port"
