"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). We could head every single steps from the flat above up until midnight ( not to...

"Brand new rooms which are very well equipped and clean. No TV but this was ok for us. "

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"一）對我們的查詢反應冷淡，甚至沒有回覆。二）取門匙程序指示不清晰及複雜。三）網頁內表示有車位提供，卻與事實不符，要自己找車位，而每晚找車位都非常困難，更不知何故被票控，現正處理中。四）屋苑門外衛生情況惡劣，滿地垃圾。五）店內熱水煲非常骯髒，不能使用。六）餐凳與餐枱高度不相稱， 餐凳高度高得離譜，進食時不舒適，很辛苦"
