"Hotel is in a lovely area, especially if you like horse racing. Don’t arrive early though as it is £30 for early check in, even if the room is available, you are not permitted to use the pool until checked in so the only option is to come back later or go to the hotel bar and wait, or pay £30. "The bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Carpet had a couple of sticky spots. Breakfast was excellent. The grass verges were littered with plastic bottles and old food wrappings. It was a bit windy and could possibly have come from full bins."
