"The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...

"A very pleasant flat/apartment for a short to medium stay. The hosts included many of the necessary items (soaps, towels, washing detergent for washing machine and dishwasher etc) and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cookware. The furniture was comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking during our stay. "The location of this immaculate property was perfect. Step out of the front door (on Steep Hill) and you are right in the centre of all the tourist attractions. The designated parking space was a must have in this historical city. There was a welcome pack waiting for us which was most appreciated. The property was extremely comfortable and had everything that we could wish for in it. Even though it was quite central we found it very peaceful and were not disturbed in the night at all. "Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

Close to plenty of days out suitable for kids, went to Yorkshire wildlife park which we would highly recommend too. The garden space and lawn out the front was ample for kids to run around and play."
