"The staff was helpful, friendly. Nice location. The room was very clean and quiet, but so much of the place is brown. Brown carpet, brown paneled walls, brown chair, brown furniture, brown lamps. A minor detraction, but I look at hotel decor with a discerning eye and I like things to be less bland/mundane."

"I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options. The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
