"Terrific renovation of two story motel. Great bedding and toiletries. Everything has a curated retro-hipster look. Spacious shower and bathroom, closet space, robes, plenty of charging outlets and a big TV, great if you use Apple. The only downside is noisy, bulky air conditioner. Be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you have a lot of luggage; second floor is accessible only by stairs. Nice outdoor seating and clubroom. "This was the best stay we have had in a hotel in a very long time. We were at The Constance for four nights. May 13th with checkout Friday morning, May 17, 2024. The building is very old, and it had a lot of charm and character. Comfortable front porch with plenty of seating, and tables and chairs for your use. "loved how close to downtown the property is, we walked whwre we could. parking garage is closed for renovations but the staff was great and provided free valet and parked our car close or in front of the doors most days to help with us having a small child and my husband using a cane. loved the bar and pool as well. the hallways smelled strongly of weed but thankfully the smell stayed in the halls "

"The Appletree Inn newly aquired by Claire Collery, is a treasure! Claire, has taken every effort to make the Inn welcoming, elegant and comfortable for each guest who comes through their doors. The pool was clean and delightfully refreshing while looking out on the Berkshire Hills. The room in the lodge, was basic, but extremely clean and quiet.
