"The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one."

"If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property...

"Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time...

"Me and my girlfriend rented this property because we wanted a quiet little place outside of Fayetteville to lay our heads down for the evening and relax after my brothers graduation. It was the perfect distance from both Fayetteville to keep you out of the rat race of the city. The milk barn was peaceful and beautiful. It felt like home and I would definitely stay there again. The milk barn will be my first choice in staying in the Bentonville/Fayetteville area again! We loved our stay!"

"The rooms was smaller than we had expected and there is no kitchen, just a fridge. There is a sink out in the bath house, and a gas grill outside. The lack of a kitchen was not great, but the area is great, the owners very nice and very helpful and I would go back. I would just prepare better for no kitchen."
