"The rooms need restaurations , bathroom bad conditions in general terms I liked the hotel ahhhh breakfast wasn’t good I was sick and I didn’t feel well"

"It was easy to get to off the thruway and 5 minutes from college. Check out was easy. But would of been nice if they took a discount of Military or AARP off at the end at check out."

"The facility was gorgeous, the staff was welcoming, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the food at Russell’s was cooked to perfection and the breakfast was full of yummy fresh choices."

"We stanyed here for 5 days. Our stay was very nice close to transportation and bars and restaurants near us. the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant connected to this place Johnny Ds and the food was very delicious there. The only thing I didn't like was the free breakfast included, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was delicious however they are very short staffed and takes forever to get your food. so that was the only bad thing here."

"It was very good. We stayed here at same location couple years & it was nice but I didn’t realized it had since been remodeled & it’s even better. The only problem we had was that the phone outlets were only on one side of the bed instead of both sides. Also the bedside clock turned off when the lights goes out. So the time was not shown unless the bedside light was on. "
