"The front desk was horrible I got there and they told me I couldn’t check in after paying 750 dollars for a 4 day stay thru Expedia and they said they had booked out the hotel even though there were extra rooms available wasn’t able to get a refund due to the staff and management horrible service practically left me with nothing and had no remorse what so ever about me money hungry and extremely upsetting the way they disrespected me in the lobby"
