"Overall, our room was very clean, except for one of the framed images on the wall, which had an excessive amount of splatter of some sort all over the glass on the front. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. When is staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the lack of consistency with the elevator working. They were very good about communicating the issue ahead of time but it was a real pain with only one of the elevators working during our visit and at one point the working one appeared to go down as well. We were on the 7th floor and had to take the stairs several times mostly due to the lengthy wait times given the amount of people waiting to use the elevator."
