"The hallway and bathroom needs more lighting on the wall and over head, plus a fan. The thermometer was not working in our room (203). I had the temp between 60-66, the lowest the room temp ever went was 68. The coolest part of the room was below the fan wall. We slept with the top sheet and woke up hot in the middle of the night. The shower door leaked water on the floor. The floor mat was soaked every time. Even when we used towels to block the water from running out. The hot tub was broken and the water was dirty. "

"Ill start by saying the staffcwas great!! This review is for management/owner. Its dirty!!! Our first room was filthy...like they never changed the sheets! Hairs and wrinkly sheets, bathroom was gross with a lot of hair, visible and significantly dirt/grime in corners, bathtub crust.The room the moved us too was less dirty - but still not clean... but by then it was late and we were leaving early a.m. so i just dealth eith it. The pillows are hard as rock!!! Ill probably have to go to chiropractor this week to address the aftermath of sleeping on bags of cement :/ the first level secondary entrance makes an insanely loud beepbuzz everytime someone swipes a keycard...we could hear it loud and clear on second floor with the a/c running. I will not ever be staying here again and would adivise others to find a better option! The Quality inn by Costco was great and clean and only 40$ more!!!"
