"it's called micro for a reason. the rooms are very small and have been updated to only have minimal shelves and hooks so storage is a problem. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioning didn't seem to work quite right but overall the stay was adequate and while 3 nights were a bit much for the small space I'd stay again"

"The lobby and rooms were clean. My main complaint about cleanliness was it wasn’t clear how to get a change of bath linen or how to dispose of used linen. We were here 5 nights. We had to ask twice for towels. One time 2 sets were given. Another time two bath towels. How to get another roll of toilet paper (one was given). Secondly, I had breakfast the last two days I was there. The breakfast was the exact same. A sparcity of hot items compared to other chains—no waffles, no warm sweet rolls, no oatmeal. The air conditioner was noisy, but the thermostat was easy to operate we needed more instructions about the TV. Still I would recommend the site because of the friendly staff and the generally clean conditions."

"I was amazed that 7 out of 7 employees could not answer the question: "How long has this resort been here?" Also, the Starbucks baristas could use a bit of customer service training, e.g., "It should not be a burden to go tp the back and get more creamer for the coffee!""
