"Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"

"We used this property as a home base for attending spring training baseball games and for beach time. We found the location very convenient for our activities and comfortable for relaxing afterward. The interior of the home is nicely updated and furnished, but our favorite part of the property was the backyard. The owner was responsive and helpful in answering our questions and we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you"
