"Everything worked out perfect."

"It wasn't as kept up as I would have like however we made do and it was comfortable overall I was able to create a family Thanksgiving dinner and dinner's beyond it's nice having a washer and dryer indoors at your convenience so I would definitely rent this place again it's just minor things that needed to be repaired and the yard needed to be up kept other than that it's a very nice property to rent."

"Easy to get to from the airport, and a short car ride to all the things that you want to do in Las Vegas. My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again."

"Quick response. Helpful. The place was very clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. On the last day we were there, I discovered this place was close to Chinatown. I wish I had known that earlier; I would eat there all the time. Where I live, Asian stuff isn't close by."

"The back yard and pool are great! There are some little flaws, but those are to be expected in a rental. Our kids were in awe of the house. The only thing I make people aware of is that the rules the property manager sends says there is a book at the property, but there isn't. Not a real problem, just have to look it up on the app."

"I took a group of college students to an exhibit in Las Vegas. This house was perfect for us. We loved the character of it, the location, the amenities...everything. It's quirky, and that makes it so fun. Plenty of room, lots of fun things to do, great location close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The host was excellent and quick to communicate. We were very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate."

"It was close enough to get to the venue we were going to by uber. Close to grocery stores. Just wish the pool was as warm as they said it would be. We were told 84 degrees. Overall we would stay again."

"The hotel was extremely professional in the valet area and unbelievably helpful. Security checked that I was a visitor at the property before allowing entry to elevators. Check in at front desk was fast easy and straight to the point no hassle my room had an incredible view on the 22nd floor but view direction was not towards the strip, but towards the communities surrounding but still had a stunning view of the mountains around Las Vegas.
