"I spent three days at Fairfield Inn & Suites in West Monroe, Louisiana. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to extend my stay and had no problem making the change. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and well stocked. "

"I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid. The staff was superb in every area."
