"Staff is curtious. Always someone is available at front desk. Facilities are going through renovations. Some electrical switches were not working. Bathroom doors were not locking. Limited breakfast options. The breakfast area after renovations looks bright and welcoming."

"I love staying at this hotel, but they really need to address the water pressure in the showers. You have to stand extremely close to the showerhead just to rinse off properly. This is my third time staying here, and unfortunately, the water pressure has been the same every time. I really enjoy the hotel otherwise, so I hope this is something they can get fixed."

"My daughter was having surgery at the hospital close to the hotel. We spent the night at the hotel because she had to be at the hospital at 5:00 am. It was so convenient. From the time we arrived, we felt very welcome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was perfect for our overnight stay. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we heard the food is very good. We checked out at 4:30 the next morning with no problem. We will definitely stay there again."
