"Great place to stay! "

"Home is beautiful. Only problem we had was not enough hot water for everyone to bath daily . Seems to be a Greece problem. Decor could be updated as well, but overall this was absolutely wonderful location. Pictures of the outside don’t do the home justice! Everything was clean and spacious. Outdoor area is outstanding ! Host was helpful! Would definitely stay again! "

"Our group had a wonderful time at this unique and authentic home. The outdoor spaces are varied and private - we ate several dinners outside overlooking the ocean with ever changing light and weather. The kitchen is simple and fine for making basic meals. We did carry in lots of drinking water - at least a litre a day for each of us. The local taverna, run by friendly and terrific folks, is a great option if you don't want to cook. One suggestion is to bring a head lamp for the walk back to the house after dark. We hiked up to a mountain chapel and an amazing walnut grove above the village one day, and it was a highlight of our trip. Would love to return and experience more of this beautiful place."

"The house was easy to find with good communication from the host both before arrival, during our stay and after departure. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable and with windows, shutters and insect nets the house was perfect for a restful sleep and cool days. The garden is large so the house feels very private and although the road is fairly near, we did not mind it.The local beach was a short walk away and supermarkets were nearby also, so no need to use the car which was great. Lovely choice of restaurants at the beach too.Overall a very successful stay."

"This is a stone summer home with the most magnificent patio/deck on the first floor providing a totally unobstructed view of the Messinian Gulf. Sunsets are stunning from this place. Finding a place with a view of the gulf was our priority this visit, and we found it. The home is rustic, and in February when we stayed it was quite cold but that was no problem for us. The mini split heater worked just fine. There are beds on both levels, we stayed entirely on the 2nd level with the bathroom and a door to the fabulous deck. The inside staircase to the 2nd floor might be a difficulty for persons with mobility challenges but we are both relatively fit 65 year olds and we just ascended and descended slowly and held on to rails. No problem:-). Also, there is a more manageable outdoor staircase that can get you down to ground floor too. No pans in the kitchen (that we could find) for cooking so bring your food. A hot water kettle and drip coffee machine is provided and that was great for us. The owner, Eleni, is a delight. She made check in easy, greeted us our first day, and left us some of her freshly pressed olive oil. There are 2 very friendy girl cats, Kitty and Loco, that kept us company for this visit. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Thank you Eleni!"
