"Using Expedia to make reservation was very easy. Hotel is very close to airport. I had to call hotel directly to ensure a shuttle was available and where was the pickup site. This was not clearly explained. Luckily I did that because there was a collaboration between two properties and the specific hotel shuttle I needed to catch had a different name on it. I would have never known that. It was free and it came within 20 minutes. Do not pay for the meals or breakfast on site. It’s over priced. $20 per person. I waited 20 minutes to receive a singular pancake and a cup of coffee to go? S&L plate lunch is around the corner. You would have gotten more selection, better service, and 3-4x more volume in food for $20. Do not use the on site food service. You will be disappointed despite the convenience."

"If you are looking for peace and quiet, away from Waikiki, this is a perfect location. The Ko Olina area is beautiful and perfect for morning/evening walks. Unfortunately, the townhouse is over a mile from the beach and not walkable if you are carrying beach gear. There is a pool close by and a good option if you don't feel like hoofing it to the beach. There are only a couple of restaurants (that aren't in the Disney resort) and they are nearly two miles away. There is a little market where you can purchase food items but beware! A loaf of bread is over 10 (Yes, you read that right). I don't recommend staying in this area unless you have a car to get around. I was there for 30 days and the biggest expense was food. It is ridiculous how expensive it is to eat there. Two big breakfasts and two bottles of water at McDonalds was over 37 and that was not in a touristy area. The people who live in the townhouses are not friendly towards the people who are renting short-term. We said hello and tried to be cordial but were snubbed on more than one occasion, so we just stopped speaking to them. There was only one person that was friendly. Clearly they don't want renters there. I love Hawaii but I wouldn't rent/stay in this area again due to the distance from everything. I would stay in the Waikiki area where there is an abundance of restaurants, stores, entertainment, and you can walk everywhere."

"Perfect vacation at perfect location! Oceanfront unit few feet from the sandy beach, very clean, comfortable and with all amenities free high speed Internet which was just awesome as I worked remotely. Breathtaking views of Waikiki and Diamond head, can enjoy sunrise and sunset and warm relaxing environment."
