"We had a great time at this water front property on Lake Livingston. The house is very nice with lots of sleeping room. The boat dock and lift were great and made it convenient to get in and out of the water. Owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor patios / outdoor seating areas and outdoor grill - lots of bugs, spiders, spider webs and dirt that made it unusable."

"We were more than 12 people stayed in here, overall, our experience was very nice but there are couple areas, like garage, decks, windows need your attention. The property manager was quick to respond to messages while we were at the location, which is appreciated. They bought a new grill and water hose on our request. Overall, this property offered a great value, and we enjoyed a lot. We would return again."
