"This property was convenient to wineries and restaurants restaurants. Room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good."

"Great location for pickups and to get around."

"Security with key entry doors from parking lot was a comfort."

"The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, convenient walk to food lion next door. The room was decent , the toilet handle broke , the bathroom was kinda dark and the shower curtain kinda smelled . Great breakfast and staff"

"Simple and clean space. Although facilities are a bit out of date"

"This was our second stay at the hotel. Each time we have been blessed to have the same, nice, very polite guest services lady. She is always very accomodating and helpful."

"The bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean room. However, the ceiling plaster looked like it was repaired but poorly repaired, then painted. In the hallway the wallpaper was starting to peel from the wall but the carpet looked good- no signs of wear."

"The arrangement of handicapped bathroom especially its door was cumbersome also there was only one sink outside the toilet/shower area and it was a very small closed in area. There were many helpful rails to help maneuver into the tub and toilet."

"Clean"

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."

"Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Was on the 4th floor with a non working elevator. No blow dryers in the room. Floor in the room had chunks of hair on it when I checked in. During checkout times, they choose to mop the stairs making navigating down 4 flights with luggage a suicide mission. Hotel staff was unapologetic about state of hotel and just said there were no other hotels available since it was homecoming so good luck."

"The Mill Room service was not good. Under staffed and food quality didn't match the brand. Can't imagine why you can't staff this resort in a college town, owned and operated by the school. We will try again next trip, but improvements are much needed."
