"Lovely clean room No staff so check in involved emails and texts in the lead up to arriving. Tedious and unwelcome. Neighbour couldn't remember his door code so made a lot of noise trying to get in his room for about an hour in the middle of the night. Would have been easily resolved if there was a reception team. "

"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...
