"Me and my partner stayed in this location and had a lovely stay. The place was the perfect size for us and with the loft we could've comfortable had three people stay here. The place was clean with amazing water pressure. There was a brilliant view of the Austin downtown sky line, and our stay was very enjoyable. The place was fully stocked with anything you would need; a water filter, toiletries, microwave, refrigerator, games, a steamer, and an iron. The place was very nice and comfortable...

"I loved this little place, perfect for just one person. The hosts were kind enough to provide some snacks, drinking water and coffee for me, very thoughtful. Very clean and tidy, and I felt safe. I’d recommend just bringing a fan for the upstairs loft when the weather is hot, should be fine when it’s not a million degrees outside though!"

"This was a really comfy spot! The location was convenient to my convention downtown yet removed enough to feel peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great. Easy check in and check out and I felt safe traveling as a woman by myself."

"Wonderful property and great location. Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the hidden feel and safety of the area. Property managers were welcoming and available for any questions we had. They were even making improvements for us as we arrived. Even though it is in close range to the main house we never noticed any disturbances whatsoever. Highly recommend!!"

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"

The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned.
