Large open entertainment room, w/big table, coffee bar, countryside views from large windows. Sunroom over looks beautiful country setting, screened-in gazebo, deck w/grill, campfire area and outdoor ambiance lighting at night will make you want to relax outside well into the evening. Have fun playing corn hole in large back yard!This home is completely renovated and in "brand new" condition. All new furniture and bedding, quality of an upscale hotel! Only 12 minutes to Purdue University.

This was our first trip to West Lafayette as a family. We were dropping our son off at Purdue and wanted a home base close enough to the University but a bit outside of the city. This was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. A short drive to some great restaurants but nice and quiet at night. We will be back.

We were in town for a wedding at the Tippecanoe Country Club that was 35 minutes away. It was the perfect place to have a group stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Beautifully updated home and very clean. I was so happy to find this place when everything else closer to Monticello was already booked. I think this property was actually much better than any of the other places I was looking in to booking. I also loved the binder filled with ideas of things to do in the area. Awesome place! I would definitely stay here again.
