"Great stay. This property is under new management and you can tell they are very much in the process of upgrading the property. This did not affect our stay in any way and we very much enjoyed ourselves. This property is very close the GSMNP, and many other activities. Our room had furniture that wasn’t in tip top condition, but everything was very clean. Make sure you bring an HDMI cable if you plan to use your device to watch movies…we made this mistake, so during some bad weather, my kids eye...

"Had a suite. Very clean, spacious and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very fresh, the area was kept very clean and the hostess was very friendly. Very safe accomodations. Recommended to family and friends."

"Great location for biking at Cades Cove. Restaurant across the street and down the street. Easy to maneuver your bicycle into the balcony."

"Very clean and accommodating. The bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes, soap, had a small fridge, stove top and microwave. The room looked like it was recently updated with a new bed, floor, and futon. Very comfortable. The only problem we came across was the cable on the TV didn't work, but I let them know on check out. We were so exhausted, that we didn't need the TV or else we would have brought the problem to their attention...

"Room was as gorgeous as the pictures!! We had a nice view out of our window, as well. Valet and front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. Location is convenient to all things Market Square. Bed was comfy, and we loved all the beautiful details of our stay - the room, the on-floor breakfast service, the large tiled shower (with scented steamer bars) - everything. This is where we’ll stay from now on! "

"This was an inexpensive place to stay for a day-trip to Gatlinburg. It was a little further than I expected but the drive was beautiful with many changing leaves. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out were both easy. The man providing service was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not need amenities. The room does not have a mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Restaurants and fast food are close by however."

"The room was perfect for our needs, small but nice additional seating. Clean, quaint, right off the main road. No need for all wheel drive or long jaunt into the mountains. Everything was conveniently located. "
