"I liked it here a lot. Was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for the ease of going to Foxwoods. They also have a free shuttle. I wish that they would update the electrical a little bit though. My cell phone charger cord and fan cord kept falling out of the receptacles for electricity. "

"Perfect location. Very friendly staff. However, I booked through Expedia, and Expedia used photos of a room with a kitchen. I thought I booked this room, but it was not. I was told that other 3rd party bookings show photos of rooms and this is not what people pay for. "

"Staff was wonderful, room was clean I also enjoyed that is was quiet. I must add the room service food was unfortunately very bad. I hope in the future this improves cause I really did enjoy all other areas."

"This is a clean and comfortable property in a great location. The staff service was excellent. The main restaurant and bar was excellent and I had no need to go elsewhere for food during my brief stay. It was an easy Uber ride to the airport. If I’m in the area I’d gladly stay there again."

"We had a truly enjoyable stay! The staff was warm, engaging, and genuine. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was a pleasure speaking with them. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. The only real challenge we had was finding our room. The hotel layout is a bit confusing, possibly due to past renovations. We were given a pamphlet with instructions, but it didn’t clearly explain how to get to our room or mention any shortcuts. It took us about 15 minutes to locate it, and we weren’t alone. We met six other guests during check-in who were also in town for their children’s graduation. Later, we ran into them on the second floor, and they were still trying to find their rooms. We had to call the front desk for help, and someone came quickly, which we really appreciated. When my husband and I returned from our event later that evening, we ran into Josiah, the maintenance technician, outside. He kindly offered to help us find our room and walked us through with professionalism and care. Josiah was a standout genuine, helpful, and dedicated. You’re lucky to have him on your team.. This isn’t a complaint just a kind suggestion. Clearer instructions in the pamphlet and a little more direction training would go a long way. "I have been going up to Newport for the last 8 years 2 children in college I wish I would have booked this hotel years ago. It would have been my starry hotel, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the view was awesome I can go on and on. I will definitely be staying here my next visit "
