The room decor is very dated and looks like an old people's home, the air conditioning is to noisy to use dueto it's age. "Nothing rally good to mention, nothing really bad to mention. Buildings felt a bit worn, and layout felt a bit a boarding school. Value for money? You clearly pay for the location close to the Boxen/HMC venue. Otherwise really overpriced! I never mentioned the used cotton swab I found in the bed to the staff, I just used the other bed as there were two beds in the single room. "
