"The cottage is located about 1 block from the beach. Check-in was very easy as key was provided in a basket at the front door for late arrivals. Cooked to order breakfast was very nice and satisfying. Host was very cordial. Listing is an accurate discription."

"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

"An excellent and attractive inn in the heart of Sandwich, Massachusetts. We stayed in the building that was converted from a Catholic Church to an inn and restaurant. The food and service in the upscale restaurant were out standing. The room was well furnished and comfortable."

"The history of the house and the Captains Row area is great for history buffs. The Inn Keepers have decorated and preserved the home with furniture and decor as I would expect for the period. Hats off to them as a home of this age and size must need constant attention. Close to the beaches and dining in Osterville and Hyannis. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
