The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"

"The property is very old and doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. The rooms are are not low cost and yet you don't get anything complementary besides the breakfast. The breakfast is basic like most other places. They do have a shopping nook that sells toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturizer etc. The room was alright, but mattress was not comfortable for me, the springs had lost a lot of its tension. The Wi-Fi in room stopped working after the first day. And finally I had to call multiple times to get the final invoice, seemed like an internal technology issue and they couldn't send the email out. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn't go there again."
